WELCOME
Founded in 2020 during the pandemic, Sucré is a collection of artisanal cookie bakeries crafting original recipes inspired by childhood memories and global travels. Each cookie celebrates the seasons through limited-edition flavours — from our first recipe, Choco-Noisettes, to creations such as Milk Tea and Tout Noisette with housemade nocciola — made with the finest local produce and Valrhona chocolate.
In 2021, we opened our first brick-and-mortar location in Senlis, backed by a crowdfunding campaign and 233 supporters. In 2023, we opened our second shop in Reims. In May 2024, we hosted a five-day pop-up in Hong Kong — a city close to our founders' hearts — selling over 1,000 cookies per day, every day.
Our small, skilled, and passionate team hand makes every element from scratch in our Senlis kitchen. Each component of our menu is thoughtfully considered and meticulously crafted.
